What is MEA Risk refund policy?
Retail Digital subscriptions that are not subject to a broad corporate service are non-refundable. Corporate services are negotiated terms between MEA Risk and a third-party organization and are subject to different terms as negotiated separately under a corporate contract.
Retail Digital subscriptions are individual purchases such as those involving Risk Horizons Magazine or monthly access to Shield and Alert. For Retail Digital subscriptions we cannot refund part-used months in your subscription. If you cancel it will take effect from the end of your current billing cycle but you will continue to receive full access to your subscription until that time.
If any or all of our digital products are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
You can cancel your subscription to MEA-Risk.com’s Retail Digital subscriptions at any time by calling customer service on 305-901-6389. You cannot suspend your subscription to MEA-Risk.com
No refund will be paid (and no cancellation fee will apply) in relation to month-to-month subscriptions, trial subscriptions, or yearly subscriptions cancelled within the first 6 months after the subscription start date.
If you cancel a yearly subscription between 6 and 12 months after the subscription start date you will generally be entitled to a pro rata refund for any unused months, however, you will also be liable for a cancellation fee of $109 (for non-Subscriber Advantage Benefit subscribers).
Month-to-month subscriptions will continue until the next billing date after you notify us that you wish to cancel your subscription (provided you give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your next billing date). For the purposes of these Subscription Terms, “billing date” means the date in any month that you commenced your subscription (for example, the 15th of each month).
